Augmented Config v1.2(bugfix) Modes?

How do I turn on the modes in this config?

I want to turn on the swear filter but not sure how to, thanks for any help.

The swear filter can only be set by the channel owner, and even then it only works on IRC servers that support it. Look out for the messages in the status window.
I'm assuming that you know to invoke the Config dialog with the /config command.

Oh I thought I could use the swear filter regardless of the irc server. The server im using does not have the ability.

Do you know a plugin which has a swear filter? Of course it will only filter words for people using pjirc but thats all i need.

There isn't a swear filter per sé but there are a number of plugins that could help in this regard. Search for the word swear and see if anything helpful turns up.
Realistically you are better off finding a server that has one enabled. Pretty much any UnrealIRCD server has one, but how many words get filtered is another matter.
