I would like an PjIRC Chat for my free PHBB forum

Is there anything that would prevent me from this? How might I go about it? I signed up for a site using Forumer, and I really need a public chat that connects all of my clans together on the website.

Any ideas to help me?

Basically, we don't have enough info to help you.
There;s a number of plugins for PHPbb but unless you have access to PHPbb admin functions you're stuffed.
